Book Feedback
WSHFLP
R. Williams wrote: I took the time to read your book last night. It was an easy reader with as I suspected an insightful perspective on the workplace politics. I read each chapter with an open mind and tried to put myself in the shoes of those victimized by this type of harassment, namely yourself. I believe your book has a place in the literary world, for it becomes a voice for all who have not had the courage to speak out against behaviors in the workplace, in addition to telling your personal challenges and triumphs. I have two working daughters that I will surely pass this book on to for them to read and grow from. In closing, I encourage you to stay strong, stay focused…..

When Sexual Harassment Feels Like Prostitution
WSHFLP
Sexual harassment in the workplace is a major problem. The company's staff, managers and supervisors are well trained on how to avoid sexual harassment and how to handle sexual harassment problems in the workplace. These managers and supervisors are statistically half of the sexually aggressive problems in the workplaces. The bosses are targeting his or her subordinate employees, which delivers a more devastating consequence to the subordinate employees. When Sexual Harassment Feels Like Prostitution gives the sexually harassed females or males, like the author a voice to debate a new topic of discussion.
This new timely subject is to help liberate the hundreds of thousands sexually harassed victims, to spark laughter, and maybe tears, but empower employees. The author bringing to the forefront the definitions of prostitution and some sexual harassment actions are exactly the same. Every working employee should read this new book out. The book is a serious topic, but this book is written with humor. This book will change the way we think about sexual harassment.

Youtube.com Teens Hurt & Candy Labeling SH
FYI: FOUND ON YOUTUBE.COM
On this video regarding teenagers, one million teens are working and 400,000 are estimated to have been sexually harassed by his or her boss. This statistic was not on the EEOC chart that I had found. I will leave decisions for the parents to decide, if my book is appropriate to share as a teaching tool. Teens should not be FORCED into having sex with the bosses and the bosses should not be touching the teenagers. This video shares teens are trying to handle these situations alone, the teens want the payroll money like adults want the payroll money, or the teenager is too ashamed to speak to his or her parents about the abuses. I am furious over these numbers affecting the young people.

Welcome New Bloggers

Hello Bloggers:
Welcome to my blog. I hope we can inspire and encourage each other. I hope we grow stronger each day together. I hope the battles that we have faced will be a part of history and no longer a present day event.
No matter where you work you are a professional employee. Let us treat each other with total respect. Please communicate thoughtfully, clearly and honestly.
This subject pulls at our feelings, but please be a professional here. We want our government officials and our legal experts to hear us. If we communicate professionally and clearly "we will be heard".
HOW HAS MY BOOK INSPIRED & ENCOURAGED YOU?
Did you laugh? Did you cry? Did you feel angry? Do you feel empowered today? Do you see our workplaces changing for the better in the future, if we work hard to see change happen?
If you felt like just a victim and now feel empowered, let us know.
If you felt like a victim that did not count and NOW you feel like your voice does count, let us know.
If you feel like you can hold your head up high today and fight back now, let us know.
The Dirty Little Secret of Sexual Harassment Is No Longer A Secret Problem Inside The Business Doors.
Our goal is to stop sexual harassment one book at a time, one person at a time and one boss at a time.
We want the HR department’s attention. We want our State Senator’s attention. We want new laws on the books to treat this crime of sexual harassment from the boss more seriously. We want the sexually hostile bosses convicted of prostitution, too.
We Want Sexual Harassment To Stop. We Want Employee Prostitution To Stop.
We are a nation of people and want legal experts to help us change the hostile workplaces. We can have a major impact together.
I hope my book circulates all the workplaces of this country and beyond our land borders. I want managers and supervisors to know the dirty little secret is being brought out publicly. The dirty little secret is being dealt with openly today.
I want lives changed. I wanted my stress level gone over this sexual harassment thing, now I want your stress level lowered or gone, too. I am dealing with this crime openly. As a nation of people, we can help to change our workplaces. The workplaces need to be a professional and respectful place to work for ALL employees and not just a few employees.
I am not a whore at work for the boss’ sexual play and personal use.
I am a professional and I demand respect.
Let's gets started. Share your insight and thoughts.
Thanks again and welcome,
Anita
